BLESSINGS FOR THOSE WHO ARE ILL

Each week as part of the Rabbi's service, he says a blessing for those who are unwell, naming each individual, as provided by those in attendance. If you are unable to attend and would like a blessing said on your behalf, or for someone else who is unwell, please provide the first name(s) of the person, and the first name(s) of their mother to the right and the Rabbi will include them in this week’s blessing.

If you know the Hebrew names, please use those, but English names are fine if not.
